Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the DireBat Android app, package name tech.direbit.app, and the DireBat website at direbat.com. DireBat is operated by DIRE MONEY TRANSMITTER LLC.
The current DireBat app is a read-only crypto market interface. It does not provide user registration, login, KYC, wallet custody, deposits, withdrawals, account balances or live trading execution.
Information We Collect
- Account data: The app does not collect account registration data because no user account system is active.
- Identity and financial data: The app does not collect KYC documents, payment card data, bank account data, wallet private keys or seed phrases.
- Local preferences: The app may store demo favorites or interface preferences locally on your device using browser local storage. This data stays on your device unless you remove it or clear app/browser storage.
- Support communications: If you contact us by email, we may receive the name, email address and message content you choose to send.
- Market data requests: The app loads public read-only market prices, charts, order book rows and recent trades from public market data APIs where available.
How We Use Information
- To display the DireBat interface and read-only market information.
- To remember local demo favorites and interface preferences on your device.
- To respond to support, legal or business inquiries that you send to us.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the interface.
Sharing and Third Parties
DireBat does not sell personal information. The app does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.
- Public market data providers may receive standard technical request data, such as IP address, device/browser information and request timestamps, when the app loads market data from their public APIs.
- Email providers may process support messages you send to [email protected].
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid government request.
Device Permissions
The Android app requests internet access so it can load public market data and open support or website links. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, SMS, call logs, photos, files or Bluetooth.
Security and Retention
Because the current app does not provide accounts, custody or trading, it does not store account credentials, financial balances or private wallet material. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Children
DireBat is not directed to children. The app and website are intended for users who are legally permitted to view crypto market information in their jurisdiction.
Your Choices
- You can clear local favorites and preferences by clearing app/browser storage.
- You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided through support communications, subject to legal and operational requirements.
